The success of these portals was contingent upon the ease of navigation, intuitive nature and flow through the various sites, and the ease with which users were able to find the right information when they needed it. As a consultant, communication with stakeholders, various teams, and partners is vital to the successful completion of any project.
The following project samples are a small fraction of the work Dave has done in the SharePoint / O365 space working in a variety of capacities. As part of every portal or website project, information architecture, content strategy, and UX writing are all important. Creating a cohesive strategy around user stories informs navigation and design. Both targeted UI text and clear messaging help users to understand what to expect and where to expect it and enhances the accessibility of the platform, product, or site. Clear, well-written content provides users with the information they are looking for.
